at the heart

A dedicated involvement in environmental, women’s, and conscious creativity movements—
as well as a passion for earth-based spirituality—are at the heart of Kirsten Kairos’ music and related endeavors. Over the course of two decades, she has explored and developed recurring themes with commitment, insight, and a rare wisdom.

journey on

As founder of kairosonic music production studios, she draws from her fertile experience as a producer, voice-over professional, vocal artist, musician, photographer, teacher, and activist in the development of music in the “journey” genre. Whether used to underpin a private practice or as part of a group experience, this inspired music provides passageways and portals for exploration, healing, and celebration that culminate in a profound sense of expansion and well-being. Her approach to music as a transforming experience through movement, journeying, and meditation can be experienced through the kairosonic series sampler, birth of the ONE.

making a difference

Taking her passion into the world, Kirsten is committed to making a positive difference through activism and community service. Over the years, she has served as a volunteer for numerous organizations. At the House of the Roses, a non-profit organization offering free weekly on-site dance workshops at partner outreach facilities––such as homeless shelters and community centers––Kirsten donates her time and musical talent to enrich experiences designed for homeless and at-risk children that fosters freedom of expression, healthy role modeling, self-esteem, and respect for others

we’re in this together

Further complementing her accomplishments and fueling her devotion to nature and consciousness, Kirsten continues to enrich her knowledge with ever-deeper interconnections. She is currently completing coursework to become a Certified Holotropic Breathwork™ Facilitator through Stanislav Grof. She is also engaged in pursuing an academic degree in ecopsychology—the integration of psychology and ecology in the study and healing of human-nature relationships. This is a field of professional inquiry that speaks uniquely to the interdependencies of our environment, ecology, psychology, and inter-species behavior.

When she is not in the studio, on stage, on trek, or in community outreach, Kirsten Kairos resides in rural upstate New York with the four-leggeds, the winged ones, the crawlers, the swimmers, and a few other two-leggeds.
